Following a successful purchase, customers will generally receive access information by email. Digital products may be hosted and delivered through Kajabi or another online platform used by Access Consciousness LLC.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout and for maintaining access to that email account.

Delivery times may vary slightly because of payment processing, email delivery, automated account creation, or other technical processes.

SECTION 6: REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Because the products sold through the Dr. Dain Heer Online Store are digital products and access is generally provided electronically following purchase, purchases are nonrefundable once digital access has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

We may, at our discretion, make exceptions to this policy based on the circumstances of an individual purchase. Any exception does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in other circumstances.

The Dr. Dain Heer Online Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, purchases made through the Dr. Dain Heer Online Store are transactions directly between you and Access Consciousness LLC.

Shopify is not the seller of the digital products offered by Access Consciousness LLC and is not responsible for the content or fulfillment of those products.
